All was perfect.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with their exceptional 5-star service. The receptionists were attentive and offered digital language translators, making communication easy. They even walked us to our rooms and showed us where the baths and restaurants were. The well-maintained facilities and accommodating restaurant made our stay even more pleasing and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the option to have dinner served without meat, catering to different dietary preferences.

Although the hotel was highly occupied on a Friday, the staff did their best to manage the busy environment. There were some minor inconveniences, such as waiting for about 10 minutes in front of the restaurant despite specifying a time slot for breakfast.

the personalized attention upon arrival was a nice touch and the language translator device was a great resource. the comfortable and well-maintained rooms were equipped with excellent facilities, including a large and clean bathroom and a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. the breakfast was a tasty experience with many options to choose from and attentive service from the staff.
